Job summary

A-STAFFING, INC. is seeking a Web Project Manager & Front-End Engineer in Torrance for a hands-on leadership and development role. You will lead client-facing web projects from discovery to delivery, while actively contributing to front-end coding and platform implementations.

The role blends strategy, proposal creation, and technical execution, requiring strong English and Japanese communication, and legal US work authorization. On-site work is expected in Torrance, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in website production or front-end development.
• Proficient with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Experience in web direction or hands-on project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write and organize specifications and proposals.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent English and Japanese communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients during initial meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insight.
• Develop web strategies and draft comprehensive proposals and planning docs.
• Define project scopes, specs, estimate hours, and schedule across teams.
• Hands-on front-end development using HTML/CSS/JS.
• Implement websites on Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress CMS.
• Design UI/UX layouts with responsiveness and accessibility in mind.
• Oversee maintenance and performance improvements post-launch.
