Spherion Ocala is seeking a full-time Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain SEO-friendly websites for a large-scale construction team in Ocala, FL. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and events to translate objectives into engaging front-end experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in web design, strong HTML5/CSS3, WordPress, and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio of work. On-site schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with competitive pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Web Design or related field.
2+ years of professional web design experience.
Portfolio link showcasing past work required.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layouts.
Experience with WordPress theme development and CMS templates.
Strong visual design and UX/UI fundamentals.
Fluent Spanish a plus and able to communicate with multilingual teams.
