Job summary

The Production Coordinator – Weatherization supports the effective operation of CAPECO's Weatherization program through data analysis, reporting, job tracking, and performance monitoring. This role collaborates with program staff, finance, contractors, and leadership to improve accountability and service delivery.

Based in Pendleton, Oregon, this full-time, in-office position emphasizes data-driven decisions, compliance, and cross-functional teamwork to meet federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, data analysis, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in program analysis, data management, or reporting.
• Oregon grant-funded programs, compliance, or government programs experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data systems with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain program data related to production, outcomes, and performance.
• Prepare and submit required reports for federal, state, and funding agencies to leadership.
• Provide internal dashboards and tracking tools for leadership to monitor program progress and trends.
• Ensure data quality and completeness across client files and reporting systems.
