Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in Utah seeks a Wave Planner to manage order waves, release work to the floor, and balance workflow to meet cycle times in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will monitor the pick/pack flow, create dashboard reports, and communicate delays to Supervisors. This on-site full-time role requires a High School Diploma, ability to operate dock stocker and reach truck, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a High School Diploma.
• Must be able to drive Dock Stocker and Reach Truck.
• Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate orders, release work to the floor, and prioritize waves to meet cycle times.
• Monitor fulfillment work including staging, shipping, wave times, and pick/pack assignments.
• Create dashboards and reports on wave cycle times, SLA performance, and backorders.
• Communicate delays and collaborate with Supervisors and Managers.
• Handle order routing changes from the order desk and Customer Service.
• Proactively inform Supervisors when waves must be force-closed.
