Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator in Ontario, California. Your primary responsibilities will include assigning and monitoring warehouse personnel tasks, completing waves in the warehouse management system, and ensuring smooth communication between team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum 3 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training required.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is essential.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform basic calculations for product quantities.
• Strong common sense understanding for instruction execution.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor work of warehouse personnel.
• Complete waves in the warehouse management system.
• Print orders in dispatch order.
• Update wave and load sheet.
• Ensure communication between Selectors and Replenishers.
