Avery Dennison is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Fastener Group at our Fitchburg, MA facility. You will lead material handling, receiving, WIP, and FG shipping, ensuring accuracy and daily operational excellence.

Direct reports number 9–12, with emphasis on safety, quality, and cost reduction across functions. The role requires 5+ years in logistics-related roles with 2+ years supervising others, plus a HS diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving, logistics, or material planning.
• 2 years of experience supervising others.
• HS diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership to ensure a safe, injury-free workplace and environmental compliance.
• Manage material handling, receiving, WIP, and FG shipping with transactional accuracy.
• Lead daily team meetings and develop a collaborative culture for the shipping team of 9–12 reports.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members; manage staffing to meet business needs.
• Drive site improvement using Lean Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality.
