Job summary

Triple C Enterprise is seeking a self-directed, customer service-driven warehouse lead to plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations on-site. The role offers hands-on leadership and accountability for safety, efficiency, and daily logistics.

You will schedule personnel, maintain daily logs, generate reports, and interact with customers to ensure clear communication. Requires 2 years of warehouse experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and unloading procedures.
• Intermediate computer experience, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel based on client needs and schedule.
• Ensure safety in the workplace and efficiency as priorities.
• Interact daily with customers to ensure effective communication.
• Create daily work logs and transmit data to corporate.
• Create various reports and distribute those reports.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Handle deposits and cash.
• Oversee HR-related matters including recruitment, training, file maintenance and confidentiality, employee coaching, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, workers' comp and compliance.
• Other duties as deemed necessary
