Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a Material Associate to support receiving, storing and distributing materials, tools and equipment at our Benbrook, TX location.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory and hands-on logistics support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cycle counts, audits, and safe operation of forklifts, with project-based material ordering and close collaboration with the warehouse team and department leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
• Certification to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue and return materials, tools and equipment to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections for inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse team and vendors to ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team leads and departments to meet inventory demands and address discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storeroom conditions following 5S and lean practices.
