Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping and receiving at the Huntsville, AL branch. Under supervision, you will pick, pack, and ship items, handle returns, and keep inventory accurate.

You may operate a forklift and deliver items to customers, ensuring correct items reach customers promptly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math/reading skills, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine items to pick, check, and ship from sales orders.
• Pull orders and verify accuracy before shipment.
• Prepare items for delivery and secure packages for shipping.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to DC or supplier.
• Operate forklift or similar equipment where certified.
• Receive items in the system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Deliver items to customers and obtain signatures as needed.
