Job summary

UNFI Wholesale Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Urbana, IL. You will ensure inventory is received, stored, and distributed, coordinating shipping, receiving and stock management to meet safety and accuracy standards.

The role requires clerical warehouse experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. It offers onsite work, weekly pay, benefits, a 401(k), and on-site gym access.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse clerical experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environment and office setting.
• Good judgment when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparing receiving paperwork for the product to be checked in.
• Check trucks in if needed/online receiving of purchase orders.
• Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries.
• Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors.
• General clerical duties.
