Job summary

Optibelt in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support inventory control tasks and become proficient with our WMS. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a focus on accurate transactions and organized warehouse workflow.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or GED required; associates degree a plus.
• One year minimum experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and math skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate system transactions for inbound and outbound shipments, verifying information.
• Generate, print, organize, and distribute picking documents, packing slips, shipping labels, and other warehouse paperwork.
• Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers and logistics providers.
• Support daily Distribution and OEM shipping activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and transmit Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) within required timeframes.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or discrepancies to internal teams.
