Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a CAD Technician and GIS Technician in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software such as GTECH, MicroStation Connect, ESRI, or similar.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
• Experience with QA/QC of CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare utility mapping packages for field crews.
• Perform preliminary as-built work.
• Review mapping submissions for completeness, accuracy and standards.
• QA/QC detailed drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Create 2D and 3D models of structures, components, and systems.
• Read calculations and measurements to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Effectively communicate in a clear manner.
