Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in a high-volume continuous manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, squat, bend and reach for extended shifts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependability with excellent attendance.
• Ability to read and follow established procedures.
• Basic math skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust plastics blow molding equipment for product changeovers.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning; document logs.
• Inspect product quality per GMP and safety guidelines.
• Ensure correct lot sequencing and accurate data entry and paperwork.
