Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 65 lbs consistently for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
• Read and perform basic math for reports and labels.
• Manual dexterity for spraying, sweeping and assembly tasks.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hooks up vats or tanks.
• Prepare lines for operation by adjusting settings and components.
• Clean video jet head and inspect labels.
• Operate filling lines and verify fill levels and batch codes.
• Complete shift reports with product details and times.
• Assist in training coworkers and perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Maintain line cleanliness and changeover efficiency.
• Direct line associates on filling line as needed.
