Job summary

RedTrace Technologies is seeking a Network/System Administrator II for on-site work at Kirtland AFB, NM. The role involves organizing, installing, and supporting government networks including LANs, WANs, and intranets, and supporting SAP activities within DoD programs.

The position includes involvement in architecture/design decisions, O&M checklists, and security-related operations, with duties spanning system and network management and incident response.

Qualifications

• SAP experience required.
• 3–7 years related experience.
• Bachelors with 3 years, or Associates with 5, or no degree with 7 years.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize, install, and support LAN/WAN and data networks.
• Help architect, design and analyze network models.
• Assist in buying hardware/software for upgrades.
• Provide day-to-day user support and problem resolution.
• Operate SIEM tools and generate alerts/reports.
• Participate in security incident response as needed.
• Work with Windows/Linux servers, Hyper-V/VMware, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related tech.
