Job summary

You will lead transportation staff, coordinate with Routing and Distribution Services, monitor driver performance, manage dispatch, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and safety to support customer commitments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and delivery operations, including dispatch execution, driver assignments, staffing coverage, delivery performance, and response to call-offs and delays.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to transportation employees and address concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Routing and Distribution Services Manager to align routes with staffing and safety considerations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain transportation records in accordance with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Promote safety and coordinate incident response, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Support staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and training to maintain coverage and development.
