Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in transportation or logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements applicable to commercial operation.
• Ability to lead staffing, dispatch, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and delivery operations.
• Lead and coach transportation staff and manage performance.
• Coordinate routing and load planning with Routing Manager.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs.
