Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer 3–5 years of track inspection, repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of FRA rules and regulations.
• Must have good communication and employee relations; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance gang to ensure quality maintenance and safe work performance.
• Ensure track meets FRA requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise daily maintenance forms and reports (e.g., Daily Production Report, etc.).
• Maintain communication with operating divisions to address daily issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
