Job summary

RTX is seeking a Section Lead in the Raytheon Test Solutions group to supervise a team of 15–20 engineers and drive software solutions for production and field testing. You will design, develop, and integrate OO software in C#/C++ within Visual Studio on Windows, while aligning with program contracts and department goals.

The role emphasizes mentorship, performance reviews, and collaboration with engineering and operations stakeholders to ensure robust SW test readiness and on-time project

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of software design in C/C++/C# on Windows environments.
• Experience with test instrumentation, electronics, and software tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities
