Job summary

PSI Services LLC in Olathe, KS is seeking a Full-Time Test Center Administrator/Proctor to support daily exam operations. This role focuses on maintaining exam security, assisting test takers, setting up workstations, and ensuring a smooth testing experience in a busy center.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm) with on-site work and required background screening. Candidates should have a high school diploma, comfort with Microsoft Office, and a customer-facing mindset to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer-facing experience is a plus.
Familiarity with exam environments or invigilation is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the guardian of exam security, conducting checks to maintain a trustworthy testing environment.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for test takers, ensuring comfort and confidence.
Setup workstations and equipment to prepare for exams.
Provide clear guidance to test takers about the exam process.
Support accessibility for test takers with special requirements.
