Job summary

National Beef is seeking a Temporary Employment Clerk at our Liberal, Kansas facility to welcome visitors, assist job applicants, answer phones, and help maintain a smooth employment office.

This on-site role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, basic office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a background check will be conducted; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2) Ability to use basic office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, copiers).
• 3) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• 4) Strong listening and comprehension skills.

• 7) Ability to multi-task in an office environment.
• 8) Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude to learn new software.
• 9) English/Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet employment office patrons.
• 2) Assist individuals with completing applications and online paperwork.
• 3) Answer phones and schedule interviews.
• 4) Perform basic office duties and process employment applications.
• 5) Support the employment office staff and perform other duties as assigned.
