• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Handle large sums of cash and maintain assigned limits; assist with cash settlements and leadership support.
• Educate customers on Firstrust Bank products and services to meet financial needs and sales goals.
• Build relationships and offer deposit products or consumer credit options, including NMLS-related activities.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to bank growth and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Adhere to banking regulations and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all transactions.
• Pursue continuous improvement and assist in achieving team performance goals.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and take ownership of complaints.
