Qualifications

• Technical training or degree plus five+ years in a related technical environment.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with telemetry systems and DoD-style operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees work performed by staff in the section and directs scheduling.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the team.
• Manages budgets/expenses and ensures safety and compliance.
• Maintains coordination with customers, managers, and technical staff.
