Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in healthcare IT or IT customer-facing roles.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues in healthcare environments.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills; able to work with clinicians and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site Care Communications Solutions with hospital teams.
• Provide on-site customer support and issue resolution for software and hardware.
• Drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewal of services for the assigned hospital.
• Collaborate with internal Baxter departments on deployment, communication, and provisioning.
• Maintain and edit the Web Admin portal as required by the hospital.
• Deliver training and provide reference materials to staff; create customer presentations.
• Occasional travel up to ~5% for Baxter-related projects and onboarding.
