Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR function across the organization. You will counsel employees and leaders, support payroll administration using ADP, and assist with benefits and leave programs.

You will also help with employee communications, data management, policy administration, and processes around disciplinary actions, workers’ comp, and exits. On-site role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience required; manufacturing industry preferred.
• 3 years of experience using an HRIS.
• Experience using ADP required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and counsel to all team members and leaders.
• Assist Payroll Manager with ADP payroll administration, benefits and leave programs.
• Facilitate employee communications and manage internal data.
• Assist with policy administration, disciplinary/termination meetings, workers’ compensation, leave programs, and exit interviews.
