Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for the organization and affiliated entities.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Lead first-round interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and leadership.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and interview feedback.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams and leadership.
• Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Communicate compensation expectations and labor market trends.
