ProTeam Tactical Performance in Las Vegas seeks a Tactical Physical Therapist to deliver on-site injury care, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty guidance for public safety personnel. You will work alongside a strength & conditioning specialist and clinical team to ensure high-quality orthopedic care in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes evidence-informed rehabilitation, duty readiness, and proactive injury prevention.

Qualifications

• DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years outpatient orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience.
• Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date.
• Experience managing active, high-demand populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
• Conduct functional duty assessments and advise return-to-duty and work modification plans.
• Develop individualized rehab plans aligned with public safety demands.
• Collaborate with on-site strength & conditioning for seamless rehab-to-performance transition.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term joint health.
