Job summary

Technic Solutions is seeking a hands-on Systems & Network Administrator to join our team in the Memphis area. This role focuses on Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network infrastructure, with opportunities to work across wired and wireless environments.

In-office, local candidates preferred, with no remote option, and relocation not available. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, systems or network administration.
• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VLAN knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
• Experience with networking gear (switches, APs, gateways, firewalls).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows servers and workstations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, AD and/or Entra ID.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs and wireless networks.
• Support network equipment and VPNs; assist with deployments.
• Provide remote guidance to field technicians and document systems.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and maintain records.
