Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. in Port Hueneme, CA, is seeking a Junior Engineer to support the MGWS SUW Mission Package and MM ISEA programs, including hardware/software integration, testing, and documentation.

The role involves site visits, lab work, and collaboration with shipboard personnel to ensure proper operation of combat systems. The position requires a engineering degree and eligibility for a Secret-level clearance, with potential involvement in casualty response and testing activities aboard

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level U.S. Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering analysis, assessments, investigations, and evaluations for Navy systems aboard LCS platforms and laboratories.
Provide support for development, review, and update of engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, analysis, and post-event reports.
Develop, update, test, and validate hardware/software procedures and technical documents used by ISEA and shipboard personnel.
Respond to CASREP and Fleet Tech Assists and provide Distance Support.
Go onboard ships and laboratories to operate and maintain or modernize systems.
