Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• High school diploma plus 2 years education/experience in engineering support.
• Experience in engineering, technical, or project-support environment.
• Ability to take detailed meeting notes and capture technical items.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic repository tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical meetings and design reviews.
• Attend reviews to capture decisions and follow-up actions.
• Maintain logs of comments, questions, risks, and items.
• Track item owners, due dates, and closure evidence.
• Prepare review packages and distribute materials to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software, and PM teams.
