Job summary

Grubbrr in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage on-site IT operations, security, and support. The role includes upgrades, maintenance, installations, and education for employees, with daily on-site presence in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science or 5+ years of IT experience in lieu of degree.
Experience managing Office 365 and/or Google Workspace.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, equipment, technology and monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of proactive customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage a JIRA-based helpdesk to resolve break/fix and access requests.
Integrate SaaS systems to streamline workflows (SSO, SCIM).
Maintain the network stack (Aruba, FortiGate, UniFi).
Deploy and maintain a fleet of Dell and Apple devices using MDMs (Intune, Mosyle).
Handle IT asset purchasing and inventory (hardware and software).
Assist with managing CCTV and access control systems.
Perform internal audits and assist with external audits.
Document technology workflows and configurations.
Other duties as assigned.
