Job summary

Cascade is seeking a Systems Administrator to support on-site client environments in Los Angeles, with occasional remote support during travel. You’ll manage identity, endpoints, email, networks, and security tooling, and lead AI tool deployment and governance across client environments.

Strong customer service and ownership are essential as you work directly with VIP users and teams. The role emphasizes hands-on administration, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, with after-hours

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with systems administration
• Experience deploying AI tools at scale including SSO provisioning and governance
• Strong customer service skills and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure client systems including identity, email, endpoints, and networks
• Deploy and support public and private AI/LLM platforms across client orgs
• Configure AI tool security and governance per policy
• Create documentation and runbooks; train users on AI tools
• Manage user lifecycles and access controls
• Maintain device management and security tooling across Mac/Windows fleets
• Lead tech-improvement projects and client migrations/rollouts
