Job summary

JT4 on Edwards AFB, Edwards, CA, seeks a System Administrator III to manage Windows Server environments, network services, and security. You will deploy, monitor, and upgrade IT infrastructure, support end users, and ensure compliance with DoD standards.

Required seven years of related experience, DoD IAM II and Top Secret access, and US citizenship. On-site duties include escorting personnel and maintaining classified networks.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent training.
• 7+ years related experience in computer systems or related areas.
• Broad knowledge of computer science, graphics, and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and secure MS Windows Server environments and backups.
• Configure and monitor LAN performance and related hardware.
• Organize and secure directory structures and support staff.
• Oversee DM/CM data management and release procedures.
• Design functional, visually esthetic web pages and manage IT assets.
• Provide incident reporting as POC and coordinate system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance and maintain SOP documentation.
