Phoenix Staff is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing and establish disciplined operating systems. The role focuses on throughput, schedule attainment, and on-time delivery while building scalable capacity for growth, including new facilities expansion.

The ideal candidate will drive daily management routines, develop leaders, and implement dashboards to monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Experience with batch manufacturing, dashboards, and daily management routines.
• Strong budgeting, capacity planning, and performance metrics track record.
• Proven ability to develop talent and lead high-visibility initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership across manufacturing functions and facilities.
• Improve product flow, throughput, and on-time delivery with dashboards and daily management routines.
• Balance customer requirements, regulatory obligations, cash considerations, and margins.
• Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and scaling initiatives for growth.
• Develop capacity strategies and mentor managers and front-line leaders.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and environmental requirements.
