Job summary

You will track inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support quality initiatives while maintaining a well-organized warehouse and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in supply chain, logistics or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation with good communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship instruments, implants, and trays for surgery cases.
• Utilize inventory management system for product distribution to sales personnel and customers.
• Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the organization.
• Manage reports and analyze account metrics and productivity standards.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect stock for damage or shortages and track inventory shelf life.
