Qualifications

• Several years of supply chain or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with receiving, documentation management, inbound/outbound coordination.
• ERP transaction execution in GMP/regulatory environments.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems; Smartsheet and Excel.
• Ability to reconcile WMS and ERP discrepancies; troubleshoot transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor incoming purchase orders and inbound shipment schedules to ensure on‑time material availability.
• Own and manage the raw materials receipt tracker for real‑time visibility and quality workflow stages.
• Create and coordinate weekly outbound schedule including delivery creation, inventory status, and 3PL coordination.
• Manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring GMP processes and data entry accuracy.
• Support on‑site operations strategy with 3PL local leadership and manufacturing teams.
• Lead integration activities between SAP and LSP systems; prepare governance dashboards and KPIs.
• Participate in cross‑functional workstreams with 3PL, accounting, procurement, quality, and IT.
• Resolve quality issues in the 3PL warehouse (damages, packing errors, etc.).
• Investigate shipment and ERP exceptions; own corrective actions and quality records.
• Drive continuous process improvement via project management and root cause analysis.
• Provide timely inventory updates and support complex inventory transactions.
