Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JDE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily supply planning to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions.
• Expedite purchase orders and production schedules to resolve material shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, shipment schedules, and delivery performance.
• Manage order exceptions, backorders, and supply disruptions.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales to support execution of supply plans.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
• Communicate supply risks, constraints, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
• Identify & implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes and reduce costs.
