Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. This 100% on-site role supports the SAP-based master scheduling, kit and pick lists, stock purges, loans, and production floor integration.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience (or a Master's with 6 years) in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, plus SAP/ERP experience. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR higher degree with equivalent experience.
Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience in SAP/ERP or other related business software.
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated and able to work as a teammate and independently.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government Secret Clearance with investigation completed in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Release Work Orders in SAP based on Master Scheduling.
Provides kit list and Pick list to kitting team.
Assists with all Stock Purge.
Process loans.
Processing SMO of Make components.
Manage Call Boards.
Quarterly MRP Exception Report (MMAS requirement).
Reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Cross functional collaboration on non-conformance dispositions, scraps, RTV, Internal Supplier rework (PPRW).
Final kit verifications prior to release.
