Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to join our on-site team in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on sourcing specialized goods, contract ownership, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

This is an on-site opportunity in Melbourne with a 9/80 schedule, occasional travel, and strong growth potential. Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance and have relevant procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience, a Master’s Degree or at least 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience must be in Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Business Management or Project Management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time deemed by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure specialized goods and services.
• Own contractual management for the supplier and oversee source selection from proposal to execution.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program and end-users.
