• Initiates RFQs/RFPs and analyzes pricing from potential suppliers.
• Monitors supplier quality, reliability, and delivery schedules.
• Works with internal customers to ensure appropriate specifications.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and negotiates terms.
• Issues and manages purchase orders; ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Documents transactions for logistics/warehouse teams and payment approvals.
