LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established organization in the Portland area to identify an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support and enhance supply chain operations. This on-site role in Portland, OR offers competitive PTO and a strong focus on work-life balance, with annual compensation in the $120K-$130K range plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related operations.
• Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships and improving operational performance.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with delegation and team development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools to support planning and performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily supply chain activities to support operational efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with external partners and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, inventory planning, and materials/resources.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and cost management.
• Support business planning initiatives and provide recommendations to improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Develop and implement procedures that promote consistency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to address challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Provide guidance and development support to team members while promoting accountability.
