Job summary

360 Fire & Flood in Texas is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on restoration and reconstruction projects caused by fire, water, mold, and storms. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while aligning with insurance requirements and company standards.

A strong background in supervision and reading blueprints, plus a valid driver's license, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractors.
• Experience with restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restoration project execution, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and changes to maintain timelines.
• Review scopes of work and ensure field execution aligns with estimates and customer expectations.
• Maintain project documentation including daily site reports, hours, equipment usage, photos, and safety records.
• Enforce safety policies, lead site safety meetings, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Participate in emergency response activities including after-hours, weekend, and on-call duties.
• Travel as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
