Qualifications

• LCDC III, LICDC, or higher required.
• Two years of chemical dependency treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and/or co-facilitate treatment groups
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team
• Assist with program evaluation and quality improvement efforts
• Complete reports and perform other related clinical duties as assigned
