Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Structural Engineer licensure is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, MathCAD and RAM software; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Structural design for industrial modular buildings, including steel structures and anchoring.
• Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) ensuring safety, compliance, and quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project solutions.
• Create and review submittals, specifications, and proposals for approvals.
• Conduct factory inspections to ensure design compliance with safety standards.
• Assess site conditions, foundation requirements, and resolve technical queries.
• Review shop drawings and assist with fabrication issues.
