Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably in building design.
• Strong foundation in structural and civil engineering, with building design/remediation focus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and calculations to evaluate loads and capacities.
• Experience using CAD tools to produce drawings, details, and models for structural systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; EIT/PE licensure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and develop design solutions for projects.
• Prepare drawings and details using CAD tools.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers; assist in inspections and evaluations.
• Contribute to remediation and renovation projects while ensuring code compliance.
