• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and materials (e.g., concrete, steel, masonry, wood) for both new construction and renovation work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience in inspection, assessment, or remediation of existing structures is a plus.
