Qualifications

• Planner, Scheduler, or Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and the Visibility MRP system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly master schedule reviews with the Master Scheduler, Manufacturing, and Engineering to identify required modifications to shipping dates based on router or lot-specific changes.
• Ensure process router changes are accurately entered into Visibility.
• Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in response to router changes.
• Initiate and maintain requisitions for Assembled Wax Patterns to vendors, as required.
• Create and maintain accurate shipment schedules using Excel, with a focus on core vendor deliveries.
