Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Reset Merchandiser to execute store resets and schematic implementations at assigned customer accounts in Boise, Idaho. You will build and install shelving, stock products, and ensure planogram compliance while maintaining strong relationships with customers and retail partners.

Travel to market areas is required; you will use power and hand tools to set shelves and support merchandising objectives as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled store resets according to company and customer requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow schematic and planogram requirements during reset implementation.
• Build and install shelving according to reset plans and schematics.
• Stock and restock all vendor SKUs after shelf sets and resets are completed.
• Drive a company vehicle and travel to market areas to support resets.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and merchandising partners.
