Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Reset Merchandiser to execute store resets and schematic implementations at assigned customer accounts in Boise, Idaho. You will build and install shelving, stock products, and ensure planogram compliance while maintaining strong relationships with customers and retail partners.

Travel to market areas is required; you will use power and hand tools to set shelves and support merchandising objectives as part of a collaborative team environment.

The Role

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Reset Merchandiser to execute store resets and schematic implementations at assigned customer accounts.

This position is responsible for building and modifying shelving, stocking product, ensuring planogram compliance, and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and retail partners while supporting overall merchandising objectives.

What You'll Do
Store Resets & Merchandising
  • Execute scheduled store resets according to company and customer requirements.
  • Move, stack, and rearrange products on store shelves and in coolers.
  • Read, understand, and follow schematic and planogram requirements during reset implementation.
  • Build and install shelving according to reset plans and schematics.
  • Perform routine audits to verify compliance with schematics and merchandising standards.
  • Stock and restock all vendor SKUs once shelf sets and resets have been completed.
Equipment & Operations
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools during shelving and reset installations.
  • Retrieve shippers and racks as requested by Account Managers.
  • Drive a company vehicle as required to support reset activities.
  • Travel throughout the market area as needed to complete assigned projects.
Customer Service
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting company and client objectives.
  • Complete other job-related duties and assignments as directed by management.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Proof of insurance required (SR-22 insurance is not acceptable).
  • Reliable transportation to and from customer accounts.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to regularly lift, move, push, and pull merchandise and equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the beverage industry.
  • Previous grocery retail or merchandising experience.
  • Prior experience performing store resets or planogram implementation.
