Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service for walk-in and phone orders.
• Scan and load orders into the computer system.
• Close and secure building at end of day.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Fulfill customer needs by pulling products from warehouse.
• Prepare, build, and expedite sales orders.
• Adhere to customer contract agreements.
• Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicate with related departments.
• Coordinate with customers and related departments within the company.
• On-call as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
